    Research finds using an artificial no-calorie sweetener rather than sugar may make it tougher, not easier, to lose weight. Scientists found that the sweetener saccharin confuses the body into eating more. All this time, we've been putting artificial sweeteners in our coffee, while we eat cheese cake. Now we know why!
