If you head to a new restaurant and their menu has fancy typeface, more than likely you're gonna pay fancy prices. Study found people perceive fancy hard-to-read menus to mean complex food that needs greater skills to prepare and therefore more money. On the flipside, if it's easy to read, it's easy to prepare and easy to afford.
