Be scary and safe

If you're taking the kids out to trick or treat tomorrow for Halloween, please be safe. Remember the basics. Take a flashlight with you, don't let them run out into the street or across lawns, stick to the sidewalk. And don't go to houses that don't have any lights on. There are more safety tips here.
