    Want to live longer?

    British Researchers say they have found that with four easy steps, most of us can add 14 years to our lives. Their study found those who don't smoke, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly and drink alcohol moderately lived longer. The question is.. do you want to live an extra 14 years if you have to do all four steps?
