    Birth order predicts career

Before you decide on a career, maybe you should consider your birth order. Wolf down lunch?

Did you wolf down lunch and ate until you were full? Bad news. You're more than likely going to be overweight if you keep that up. Research finds those who gobble down their food and eat til they're full are three times more likely to become overweight. I used to eat real fast to try to sneak those calories past my stomach. Didn't work. Neither did eating while standing up. Weren't the calories supposed to go to your feet? :) Details here.

    Don't skimp on sleep

If you don't have enough hours in the day to get it all done, don't skip your sleep. Let the laundry sit, or dishes pile up, because lack of sleep is connected to several critical health problems. Those who get less than five hours of sleep are more likely to get heart attacks. Also less sleep triggers hunger hormones, and is linked to diabetes and high blood pressure. I think a nap sounds good about now. More about sleep here.
