    You a caffeinated mom?

    If you start your day with a double latte, then have a soda with lunch, and an energy drink at midday, you're probably a "caffeinated mom." There's a growing number of working multi-tasking moms downing caffeine to keep up. More than 65 percent of moms are caffeinated. The downside: caffeine can trigger migraines, heartburn, gastrointestinal ills as well as the jitters. Read more about it here.

    Big bullying problem

    We've all faced a bully or two growing up, but a new study finds bullying is now happening to kids at a younger age and it's becoming more prevalent. 75 percent of those ages 8-11 say they've been targets. And cyber bullying is happening as young as 10 and 11. Scary for parents! Read more about it here.

    Skeeter season

    It's Mosquito Control Awareness Week, a time for us to remember that mosquitos want our blood. And the best way to deter them from biting is to remember the 5 D's: drainage, deet, dress, dawn and dusk. That's empty all outside containers of standing water, wear deet, dress appropriately and avoid dawn and dusk hours when the skeeters like to feed. Read more about it here.

    Eat your breakfast

    You wanna lose weight and keep it off. Eat a big breakfast. Really big, like over 600calories and 22 fat grams big. Researchers found those who lost weight and kept it off had a big breakfast and then a low carb and low calorie diet the rest of the day.
