    Dad's pregnant!

    Dad is a weedy sea dragon at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. Experts say it's only the third time that's happened in U-S Aquariums. But in the wild, male sea dragons carry the eggs for mom. If only we could get dad to be more like a sea dragon, minus the soggy weedy part. Read more about it here.

    Ocean Clean-up

    You can help out in the 19th Annual Reef Sweep and Beach Clean-Up Saturday June 14from 9 am til Noon. Hosted by Ocean Watch Foundation at various beaches, from Pompano Beach at the Pier, Birch State Park, and North Beach Park on Sheridan Street in Hollywood.     Oprah still number one

    It may be the year of the tween, with Miley Cyrus becoming a household name, and High School Musical the movie, the soundtrack, the merchandising, still Oprah is number one, according to Forbes list of most powerful Celebrities, based on earnings and fame. Altho Miley did make it on the list at 35, and Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale made it too, they're just not number one.

    Sleeping at work?

    We are a sleep deprived society. Survey finds about one third of workers fall asleep while on the job. Tired workers cost employers 100 billion dollars in lost productivity, health care costs and absenteeism.

    Want to sleep better? Experts recommend have a before bedtime routine, a cool bedroom and avoid caffeine after lunch.

    Another reason to exercise

    Exercise can help us lose weight, help us de-stress, is good for the heart and bones. Now comes word exercise may help prevent drug and alcohol addiction. New study finds those who exercised daily were twice as likely to give up smoking. And when teens exercised, they were 40 percent less likely to experiment with marijuana.

    Excuses for being tardy

    If you're always coming in to work late, you're not alone. Survey finds, 15 percent of workers admit to arriving late at least once a week. Experts say habitual tardiness can be damaging to your work relationship though, and if you're considering excuses, don't use these: (They already have been used)

    1) While rowing across the river to work, I got lost in the fog
    2) Someone stole all my daffodils
    3) I had to go audition for American Idol.
