    Another reason to exercise

    Exercise can help us lose weight, help us de-stress, is good for the heart and bones. Now comes word exercise may help prevent drug and alcohol addiction. New study finds those who exercised daily were twice as likely to give up smoking. And when teens exercised, they were 40 percent less likely to experiment with marijuana.
