    Sleeping at work?

    We are a sleep deprived society. Survey finds about one third of workers fall asleep while on the job. Tired workers cost employers 100 billion dollars in lost productivity, health care costs and absenteeism.

    Want to sleep better? Experts recommend have a before bedtime routine, a cool bedroom and avoid caffeine after lunch.
