    Less sleep = more fat

    If you're not getting enough sleep, you could be sabotaging your diet. Study finds people who sleep less than six hours a night or get more than nine hours of sleep, are prone to obesity and other health problems too. Study also found those who slept less than six hours were less physically active, drank more alcohol and had higher smoking rates. Thinnest people slept 7-8 hours.
