    Energy boosters

    Feeling sluggish? I've found a list of ways to boost your energy that are pretty easy, from nibbling on protein throughout the day to taking mini meditation breaks and more. Of course, I love to nibble on peanuts as a protein source, but I have to be careful not to nibble too much, otherwise then I would have to find the list to help me stop from nibbling.
