    Top five foods

    We all try to eat healthy and I have found a list of the top five foods that really makes sense. They are as follows:

    1) whole grains
    2) dark green leafy vegetables
    3) nuts and seeds
    4) low fat yogurt and milk
    5) tea- black and green
